AUGUSTINE Classic Black Classical Guitar Strings - Regular Trebles / Low Tension Basses

These are the original Augustine guitar strings, an intrinsic part of the classical guitar evolution this century. Albert Augustine, an instrument maker, found himself pressured by none other than Andres Segovia to manufacture and sell nylon guitar strings. He did so,insuring the rise of a new generation of concert players and lending his own part to the cultivation and completion of the famous Segovia Sound.

The modern iteration of the strings that started it all. The original 'Augustine' string with lower tension and a dulcet tone that evokes the sound of the old masters, now with consistently perfect tone and intonation.

Trebles: Medium tension nylon

Basses: Low tension, nylon multifilament, silver plated copper

There is a charge of £3.95, or £9.95 for guitars/hard cases, on orders to the UK mainland.

We are open 7 days a week and reply to any queries within 24hrs. If ordering from the Channel Islands please contact us as these orders will be sent exempt from VAT.

Returns

If you are not entirely happy with your goods you may return them for a refund or exchange by notifying us within seven days of delivery. This does not apply to overseas deliveries.
